May 2011 - Centier Remains Among 2011 "Best Places to Work" in Indiana

The independently owned and family operated bank was among 70 top Hoosier companies and placed third in the large company category for companies with 250 or more employees.

This is the fifth year in a row that Centier has made the list among the top 10 employers in the state. In previous years, Centier placed #10, #5, #4, and last year, placed #1 among the Best Places to work list. Centier was chosen as one of the Best Places to Work after receiving an in-depth evaluation identifying the strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. Results were tabulated with 75% of the final score based on associates surveys and 25% based on employee benefits.
