02.23.2011 - Centier Promotes Hageman

Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, announced that Lauren Hageman has been promoted to Bank Officer.  Hageman is branch manager of Centier’s Valparaiso grocery store branch located inside of Town & Country Food Market, 1605 Calumet Avenue.

As branch manager, Hageman is responsible for daily operations of the branch and leading a team of customer service representatives.  As a member of the Centier branch management team, she leads a team of world-class associates that provide professional, personalized service with every interaction.

A resident of Valparaiso, Hageman has worked for Centier for 14 years.  She joined the bank as a teen teller at the Valparaiso North branch.  Over the years, Hageman has volunteered her time to the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and currently works on the Chamber Network Night Committee.  She has a degree in Human Resources from Purdue University.
