03.07.2011 - Koricanac Honored as Centier Business Leader of the Year

Centier Bank recently hosted its annual Celebration of Excellence, a bankwide meeting joining more than 600 associates from Centier’s five-county service area. The all-associate meeting gathers departments and branch teams for an afternoon meeting to review financial results of 2010 and present service awards for the best in service.

Centier’s 2010 Commercial Lender of the Year is Zoran Koricanac, Group Manager of the Highland Business Banking team. As the department’s top performer, Koricanac earned the coveted Rainmaker Award for producing the most commercial loans. Last year, Koricanac generated more than $40 million dollars in new loans.

The Rainmaker Award is given to individuals who demonstrate a leadership role, are successful in promoting and developing business and industry in their service area, and complete business transactions that result in long-lasting relationships within the community.

Since joining the Centier business banking team in 2007, Koricanac has successfully worked with clients in Lake County, Indiana and the Chicago Metropolitan area to develop new business ventures and grow existing ones. An experienced commercial lender, Koricanac offers a variety of financial solutions for his clients. He has financed projects from retail centers to hotels, with loans ranging from $500,000 to $25 million.
