Centier Reports Year End Results

Centier Bank reported earnings of $16.7 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 2011. The Bank continued to bolster its well-capitalized position with total equity capital increasing to $182 million, a 12% increase over 2010. Total Assets increased 6.1% to $2.124 billion. Business loans showed an increase of $90 million to $1.183 billion; an 8.2% increase.

Centier Receives State Recognition as "Third-Party Lender of the Year" for SBA Lending
The Indiana District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) recently recognized lenders that have helped build and support Indiana small businesses. The SBA recognized Centier Bank as “Third-Party Lender of the Year” for its participation in the SBA Certified Development Company loan program.

Centier Reports Third Quarter Financial Results

Centier Bank reported steady growth in the first nine months of 2011, with deposits growing $110 million and loans growing $18 million. Earnings are at $10.5 million for the nine-month period, a return on average assets of 0.69% compared to 0.66% for the same period of last year. Asset growth for the past twelve month period has been over 3.6% and the Bank is over the $2.1 billion level of assets.

Centier Bank Opens Loan Production Office in Carmel

Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce the grand opening ribbon cutting for its latest loan production office in Carmel. Located at 11611 Meridian Street - Suite 175, the office is inside of the Meridian Mark I Plaza. The office is open daily, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EDT.

Esala and Thiel Named Lenders of the Year for Small Business Lending

The Regional Development Company (RDC) recently hosted its annual meeting and awards program to recognize leading business lenders in the community. Jack Esala and Paul Thiel, vice presidents of business banking at Centier, were named “Lender of the Year.”

Centier Named "Bank of the Year"

The Regional Development Company (RDC) has named Centier as “Bank of the Year” for its efforts in community business lending. This is the seventh time that Centier has been named bank of the year in the past ten years. Centier produced $6,066,000.00 in small business loan debentures last year.

Bowers Joins Centier

Schnepp Joins Centier

Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, announced that David Schnepp has joined Centier Bank as Vice President. Schnepp joins Centier’s Fort Wayne Business Banking Office, located at 9921 DuPont Circle Drive West.
