Important Account Notice

Centier Bank is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under this program, through December 31, 2009, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.

Beware of Recent Scam Activity

Centier has been informed of a growing telephone scam affecting debit cardholders. Centier advises all cardholders to never respond to these types of inquiries.

Centier Reports Third Quarter Financial Results

Centier Bank reported strong growth in the first nine months of 2008, with deposits growing $54 million and loans growing $152 million. The loan growth represents over 12% in the nine month period. Earnings were $21.2 million for the nine month period compared to $16.7 million in the same period of last year.
