Since becoming a mortgage loan officer, Bonnie has helped over 2000 families close over $200 million in loans. Bonnie's focus is in the refinancing and the "for sale by owner" areas, both of which have kept her extremely busy over the past few years. Prior to joining the mortgage team, Bonnie was the branch manager of Centier's Dyer office. Bonnie is very active in the Lake County Business and Real Estate Communities. She has been a member of the Tri-Town/Schererville Rotary for the past 20 years. She is also a member in both the Duneland Mortgage Bankers Association and The Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mike Smith has been with Centier Bank for over 10 years in the mortgage lending area. Mike brings over 33 years of banking and lending experience to his job. Ginny was named Centier Bank's Loan Officer of the Year for the pas 6 years. She has been with Centier over 17 years and brings 23 years of mortgage lending experience to her job. In 2009 she took over 250 loan applications and closed over $28 million in home loans. Ginny works extensively with clients building a home and can provide her expertise on construction loan financing. Ginny also enjoys working with first time homebuyers and can provide down payment assistance programs or many other low down payment programs that help qualified homebuyers.
Ginny is very active in the Lake County Real Estate Community. She is an associate member of the The Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors® and The Building Industries Association of Northwest Indiana. She is also a member in both the Duneland Mortgage Bankers Association and theIndiana Mortgage Bankers Association. Brooke has been with Centier over 11 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer. She has over 22 years experience in the banking and credit reporting fields. Since coming to Centier, Brooke has helped over 1400 families close over $150 million in loans. Brooke's focus is in the purchase and refinancing area. She can offer conventional, FHA, Jumbo and Construction Lending. She is our Reverse Mortgage Specialist for Porter and LaPorte Counties.
