"When I was hired as branch manager, I had absolutely no prior banking experience. Instead, I received personalized training from associates in various departments that helped me understand the banking system and daily branch operations so that I would be well prepared for my new career.
Today, I am honored to be a professional banker in my community. I am trusted to make decisions on my own and run the branch like it is my own business. This is achieved with the support of a knowledgeable and confident management team and a great network of support departments and individuals who will aid me in the decision making process if needed.
