Centier Bank Promotes Lydia Post to Vice President, Small Business Banking Group Manager

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. – Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, is delighted to announce that Lydia Post has been promoted to Vice President, Small Business Banking Group Manager, overseeing the bank’s Porter and La Porte County offices.

Lydia joined Centier Bank in 2020 after working in similar roles at financial institutions for 10 years. She is an accomplished and results-driven banking professional with demonstrated experience in business lending, namely SBA 504 and SBA 7a, as well as efficiency in customer follow-up.

Lydia was named Centier Bank’s Lender of the Year in 2021. In 2022, she was awarded Lender of the Year from the Regional Development Corporation.
