Online Banking Signature Form
The Online Banking Signature Form must be received by Centier Bank in order to complete your Online Banking registration. This form is available to be printed during the Online Banking registration process. If you have not completed this form please click on the link below. This form is also available at any Centier branch.

Online Banking clients can sign-up for Online Bill Pay through their current online banking account.
- Login to your Online Banking
- Select the Bill Payment tab at the top of the page
- Simply follow the instructions on the screen

Eliminate the $5.95 monthly fee by simply choosing to receive your monthly bank statements via E-Delivery.
Centier Bank uses FIS, a third party bill pay provider. FIS can be contacted directly at 1-800-823-7555.

All Centier E-Statements and notices feature an enhanced look with streamlined portal access for a secure, dynamic E-Delivery experience.
Accessing the E-Delivery system requires a valid email address and the most recent version of Flash (Adobe 11)*. When your statement is ready, you will receive an email with a link to our secure E-Delivery Portal. Existing clients can use their current email address and password to access their account. (You may be prompted to change your password if it does not meet the new password requirements.) Clients will also receive E-Notices via the same secure portal.
If you wish to enroll in E-Statements, please select the E-Delivery Authorization form below. You may bring this form to any Centier branch location or mail it to the address on the form.

Registration is Quick and Easy!
Simply download the Centier Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, hit the register button, and then fill out the registration form. Within minutes you can start banking right from your mobile device.
The registration process consists of:
- Out-of-wallet questions (personal information)
- Credit bureau questions
The Centier Mobile App is for everyone. You don't need Online Banking to enroll.
Automatically move money from your checking account to your savings account.
- Login to your Online Banking
- Select the "Move Money" option
- Select "Make a Transfer” or “Schedule a Transfer”
Your transfer will take place immediately!* Simply choose the amount and the frequency and we will automatically transfer money from either your Centier checking or savings account.
*Transfer will take place immediately providing there are no holds on your accounts and the funds are available for transfer. If you are making the transfers outside of normal business hours, then the transfer will be posted using the next business date.
