^ Discounted loan rates are available on fixed-rate loans located in Low/Moderate Income (LMI) tracts in counties where a Centier branch is located. The rate discount represents a minimum discount of 0.50% on loans in LMI areas. To be eligible for the discount, loans must qualify as CRA or Community Development Loans. This offer is not available for non-LMI loans.

*Rates are fixed for the initial 6-month period. Rates will then be adjusted at end of the first 6 months, and then quarterly thereafter, using the current WSJ Prime Rate + the applicable spread (.49% or .74%). Limited time offer. No origination fee with monthly auto debit from a Centier Business Checking account. Without monthly auto debit, normal fees (minimum of $400) will apply. Loan amounts are limited to $10,000 - $500,000 and total borrowing from Centier may not exceed $500,000 to qualify for this special. Total loans in this program will be limited to the first $5 million approved by Centier Bank. This loan special is for new business loans only. May not be used to refinance an existing Centier loan.
