CENTIER BANK PROMOTES AMY VARGA TO MARKET PRESIDENT, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MICHIANA MARKET

MISHAWAKA, IND. — Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned and operated bank, is pleased to promote Amy Varga to Market President, Senior Vice President of the Michiana market. In this role, Varga is responsible for driving overall performance, coaching and developing Centier’s commercial banking team, while shaping strategy for growth in Michiana.

Varga has more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, with the last 10 years at Centier Bank. Over the course of her career, she has built and managed a significant commercial portfolio while maintaining strong asset quality and long-term client relationships. Varga brings a deep understanding of both commercial real estate and operating company lending to support her team across a wide range of deal structures and client needs.

A graduate of Indiana University, Varga remains actively engaged in leadership development in the community, including participation in Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka and the Leadership Academy in Elkhart County. In 2019, she was recognized as a Michiana Forty Under 40 recipient. Varga served as the Chair and Board Member of Child and Parent Services (CAPS), is a current Board Member of the Revolving Loan Fund for the City of South Bend, and is a planning committee member for the Over the Edge initiative within the Youth Service Bureau.
