CENTIER BANK PROMOTES SUZY WITEK TO MANAGER OF MICHIGAN CITY BRANCH

MICHIGAN CITY, IND.  — Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is pleased to announce Suzy Witek’s promotion to Branch Manager of its Michigan City branch located at 5501 Franklin Street.

Witek joined Centier in 2011 as a Client Service Representative in LaPorte, Indiana. Two years later, she transitioned to the Chesterton South branch as a Universal Banker, focusing on new accounts. With the opening of Centier’s Michigan City branch in 2019, Witek relocated back to LaPorte County to serve as a Universal Banker until her promotion to Assistant Branch Manager in 2021. After nearly 15 years of experience at Centier, which has provided her with a robust background in retail banking, Witek is ready to lead the next chapter of her career as a branch manager. 

“My journey with Centier has been nothing short of rewarding, and I feel incredibly fortunate to love the bank I work for and the team I am a part of,” said Witek. “I am excited to continue serving this community and leading our impressive branch team as they help local businesses and residents turn financial goals into reality.”

In this role, Witek will be entrusted with overseeing daily branch operations as well as building and maintaining a high-performing banking team to serve Michigan City. Additional responsibilities include leading service enhancement to existing clients, generating new business, and supporting Centier’s impact throughout the region.
