CENTIER BANK WELCOMES CATHY GRAVES AS BRANCH MANAGER OF LAFAYETTE EAST BRANCH

Lafayette, IND. — Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is pleased to welcome Cathy Graves as the Branch Manager of its Lafayette East branch located at 5 Executive Drive.

Graves has more than 18 years of leadership experience with another local financial institution, most recently holding the title of Senior Sales Manager. She also served as a Member Service Specialist and Representative, Assistant Sales Manager, and Manager Trainee. Her well-rounded, localized banking experience brings a deep understanding of the Lafayette community and its residents’ needs, positioning her to deliver the personalized service approach for which Centier is known.

Graves’ responsibilities as Branch Manager include overseeing the Lafayette East branch’s expert banking team, leading the professional development of its team members, and supporting service enhancement for clients. Her leadership will be key in Centier’s continued growth and involvement throughout the Lafayette region.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, Graves resides in the area with her husband, Brandon, and their three children. She can be found at local sporting events in her spare time. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management.
