Centier Bank Welcomes Raymond Berger as Mortgage Loan Officer, Construction Lending Specialist
CARMEL, IND. – Michael E. Schrage, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Centier Bank, is pleased to welcome Raymond J. Berger as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Construction Lending Specialist, based out of the bank’s Carmel office, 244 E. Carmel Dr.
Prior to joining Centier Bank, Berger served for 15 years as Vice President of residential mortgage origination at another financial institution, and as president of the Future Funding Corporation.
The Indiana University Kelly School of Business graduate said he’s most looking forward to utilizing his expertise in construction lending to guide his clients to success.
“I’m excited to provide honest, thoughtful, thorough and comprehensive guidance to all clients,” Berger explained. “I am happy to work for Centier Bank because it promotes long lasting, meaningful relationships with colleagues, clients, realtors, builders, and the community.”

Berger is involved with the Chatham Hills Golf Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. He resides in Carmel with his wife, Sylvia, and their son.
