Location
Internship locations vary, with most opportunities in Lake and Porter County, Indiana. The Corporate Centre is located in Merrillville, Indiana.
Yes, all bank internships are paid positions.

HR Phone Screen
If selected, you will receive a phone call from one of our HR associates to discuss the role, your interest, and your basic qualifications.
HR Interview
If basic qualifications are met, one of our HR associates will schedule a first-round interview with you. The interview may be virtual or in-person.
Hiring Manager Interview
If selected to move forward, an interview with the hiring manager will be scheduled. This may be in person or virtual or in-person.
Offer
Once all interviews have been conducted, offers will be extended to the selected candidates by our HR team.
