Paul Watson

Paul joined Centier Bank in 2025 as its Director of Loan Syndications and Participations, responsible for identifying new opportunities for commercial loan syndications with partner institutions while working alongside Centier's commercial banking team.

Paul's background includes more than 34 years of experience in lending and banking at several financial institutions prior to joining Centier. Since joining, Paul has felt the difference that Centier brings:

Watson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Evansville, and his master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their three children. Watson also coaches middle school girls' basketball and high school age travel baseball teams.
