Jeffrey Fase

Jeff Fase brings more than 15 years of experience working in the mortgage and real estate industry before joining Centier Bank. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Jeff’s role is to guide clients through the home purchasing or refinancing process, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. Jeff is based out of Centier’s Schererville East branch, where he will focus on serving the Northwest Indiana region.

As a former real estate agent, Jeff understands the homebuying process, client relationships, negotiation and importance of local market knowledge.  Together, with his background in real estate and mortgage lending, it has given Jeff a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to better guide clients through every step of their home financing journey.

Jeff serves as president of Rotary Club of Rensselaer. He has three children, and in his free time loves supporting the Indianapolis Colts and camping in Tennessee.
