Make a Payment on Your Centier Loan

By giving you several options to make payments on your loans, Centier makes it easier for you to bank on your terms. With options like Digital Banking, Automatic Transfers, branch payments, and more, we want to give you the ability to stay on top of all of your finances safely and securely.

Digital Banking - Pay from a Centier Account

Digital Banking Options

Through Centier's Online Banking and Mobile Banking options, we give you the full knowledge that access to your Centier checking account is with you, wherever you are.

To begin:
External Payment - Pay from a Non-Centier Account

We offer you a secure option to make payment on your Centier loan with funds from another institution using a personal check, or a Visa (R), Discover (R), or Mastercard (R) debit card.

If you have a Centier deposit account, please use the "Digital Banking" option above.

You will need your full 13-digit loan account number (e.g. 9050000080000), the last four digits of the primary borrower's Social Security Number, and method of payment to proceed.

Payments entered by 7:00 p.m. will be posted effective as of the next business day. Payments made after this time will be posted effective as of the second business day.

Automatic Transfers - Schedule Your Payment

To begin:

  • Login to your Online Banking
  • Select the "Move Money" option
  • Select "Make a Transfer" or "Schedule a Transfer"

Your transfer will take place immediately!* Simply choose the amount and the frequency and we will automatically transfer money from either your Centier checking or savings account.

*Transfer will take place immediately providing there are no holds on your accounts and the funds are available for transfer. If you are making the transfers outside of normal business hours, then the transfer will be posted using the next business date.

Physical Payments - Pay in Person

If you aren't ready to embrace new technological advances in banking, we understand. You can still make a payment at any Centier Bank location in person by writing a check and bringing in your loan payment slip.

Interactive Voice Response - Pay by Phone

You can also make your loan payment through Centier's Loan Payment Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, which accepts a combination of voice telephone input and touch-tone keypad selection to take you through the payment process. Payments may generally be made on all Centier loan types, excluding credit cards and commercial loans, however, certain conditions may apply.

You will need your full 13-digit loan account number (e.g. 9050000080000), the last four digits of the primary borrower's Social Security Number, and method of payment to proceed.
