Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Check Deposit allows you to make deposits to your personal checking account(s) from your camera-enabled mobile device.

Deposits — We accept checks payable to you, drawn on a US bank. Government checks or travelers checks are not accepted.

Limits - $2,500/day, $5,000/month.

Endorsement — Above your signature, add "For mobile deposit only" and include the last four digits of your account number.

Funds Availability — If we confirm receipt of your deposit on a business day before 5pm (CST), we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit; otherwise, your check will be considered deposited as of the next business day. We generally make funds from your check deposits available to you in accordance with the timeframes and in the amounts set forth in your Deposit Account Terms & Conditions agreement. If we decide to delay availability for a longer period, we will notify you by mail. Please retain your deposited check for 60 days and then securely destroy it.

Check Storage — Securely store your check for not more than 45 days. Make sure your deposit has been credited to your account and then destroy the check.

Tips - Trouble capturing check images, please try the following:

  • Clean camera lens
  • Turn on camera flash
  • Place check on a dark surface

Bill Pay

Pay your bills with the click of a button! Forget writing checks and the hassle of stamps and trips to the Post Office. Now you can pay your bills from home, work, or anywhere you have an Internet connection. Digital Banking clients can sign-up for BillPay through Online or Mobile Banking.

Receive Online Bill Pay for FREE! - Eliminate the $5.95 monthly fee by simply choosing to receive your monthly bank statements via E-Delivery.

Centier Bank uses FIS, a third party bill pay provider. FIS can be contacted directly at 1-800-823-7555.

Protect Yourself in the Event You Lose Your Card

Centier Bank offers a Debit Card On/Off service that gives you full control of your personal VISA® Debit Card to protect your funds against unauthorized use. If you ever misplace your card, you can simply turn it off in three easy steps. If you find it and are confident that it has not been misused, just turn it on again! It is as simple as that.

What Happens When the Card is Turned Off?

When a debit card has been turned off:

  • One-time debit transactions will be declined
  • Any previously authorized or recurring transactions will still be paid.
  • Previously authorized transactions will still be paid, and any recurring transactions you had previously set up will still occur
  • It will not affect your checking, mobile or online transfers, bill payments, or any other type of transaction to your account(s)

E-Delivery offers e-statements and notices with a streamlined portal access for a secure, dynamic experience. You can access your e-statements and notices from within Digital Banking (Online or Mobile), or directly from our E-Delivery Portal.

Internal Transfers

Easily transfer funds between eligible Centier accounts. You can schedule future transfers, or set transfers to repeat.


  • Login to your Online Banking
  • Select the "Move Money" option
  • Select "Make a Transfer" or "Schedule a Transfer"

Your transfer will take place immediately!* Simply choose the amount and the frequency and we will automatically transfer money from either your Centier checking or savings account.

*Transfer will take place immediately providing there are no holds on your accounts and the funds are available for transfer. If you are making the transfers outside of normal business hours, then the transfer will be posted using the next business date.

External Transfers (Online Banking Only)

Easily move money between your Centier accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions. You can schedule future transfers, or set transfers to repeat.


  • Login to your Online Banking
  • Select the "Move Money" option
  • Select "External Transfers"
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to "Add a New Account"

Quicken® and Quickbooks®

If you are a Quicken® or Quickbooks® user, you can either export your financial data out of Online Banking and then import it into Quicken®/Quickbooks®, or use the Direct Connect option. Direct Connect communicates directly with Online Banking. This is the fastest method to import your data and perform transfers.

Direct Connect Sign-Up

  • Login to your Online Banking
  • Select the "Additional Services" tab
  • Select "Connectivity for Quicken® and Quickbooks®"

Send the following alert types via email or text.

  • Low Balance

Shared Access (Online Banking Only)

Shared Access allows you to grant user access to your Online Banking account without sharing your login credentials. This service is great for small business owners, individuals who work with accountants or financial managers, or spouses or family members that need account access.

You determine the account permissions for your designated individuals (sub-users) — including the ability to transfer money between internal accounts or use Bill Pay on your behalf. You can even set approval limits if you want to review and approve a payment before it is made.

To begin using Shared Access, login to Online Banking and select Share Access with Others under the Additional Services tab.

Business ACH & Wire (Online Banking Only)

Centier’s ACH & Wire service is designed to make doing business easier. You now have the ability to make and collect payments or wire money online through your Centier Online Banking account. This service provides you with the ability to:

  • Create templates
  • Save templates
  • Schedule ACHs
  • Schedule wire payments
  • Share account access with business members
Popmoney® (Person-to-Person Payments)

Person-to-Person Payments (P2P) and External Transfers via Popmoney® Popmoney® allows you to transfer funds via ACH from your Centier accounts to another account held by you or another person at the same or another financial institution. Additional terms and conditions will be presented at your first attempt to use Popmoney®. or External Transfers. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to access this feature. Popmoney® and External Transfer Terms and Conditions are also available at
